70岁以上老年胃癌全胃切除回顾分析

摘要：

目的　探讨老年胃癌施行全胃切除的安全性。　方法　对 186例因胃癌施行全胃切除的病例资料进行回顾性分析 ,其中≥ 70岁 2 1例 (A组 ) ,<70岁 165例 (B组 )。　结果　A组与B组在TNM分期、组织学分型及肿瘤发生部位分布上无差别 ,A组术前合并症发生率及术后并发症发生率都要高于B组 ,分别是 90 48%∶65 40 % (P <0 0 5 )和 3 3 3 3 %∶15 76% (P <0 0 5 ) ,但在手术并发症发生率上 2组无差异 (9 5 2 %∶11 5 2 % ,P >0 0 5 ) ,另外 2组手术病死率均为 0 ,术后平均住院日分别为 (18 2 4± 4 99)d和 (17 14± 5 0 0 )d(P >0 0 5 )。　结论　在目前的手术条件下 ,对 70岁以上老年胃癌患者施行全胃切除术还是安全的。
