磁共振扩散峰度成像在肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要
扩散峰度成像(diffusional kurtosis imaging,DKI)是一种新兴的基于非高斯分布模型的磁共振技术,创新拓展于扩散加权成像(diffusional weight imaging,DWI)技术与扩散张量成像(diffusional tensor imaging,DTI)基础之上,可定量描述细胞内外水分子非高斯扩散特点,能够较DWI、DTI技术提供更丰富、真实、准确的组织微观结构信息。近年来,DKI逐渐应用于各系统疾病研究,尤其在脑、前列腺等肿瘤中取得了初步成果,展现出良好的临床价值。本文就DKI成像原理、在肿瘤中的应用进展予以综述。
