摘要：

全球供应链模式下供应商企业之间进行信息共享无论对于核心企业还是供应商企业而言,对供应链绩效的提高都具有举足轻重的重要作用。通过典型单案例研究对全球供应链模式下制造业企业的信息共享机制进行探讨和建构,选取了韩国汽车制造业H公司作为研究对象,在文献综述的基础上,深挖案例证据,通过深层分析和归纳得出最后研究结论。研究结果揭示:企业规模和企业存续年限两个企业特质变量,以及信任、组织距离和高管团队的支持三个企业关系特质变量是供应链中企业共享机制的重要前因变量,而信息质量和信息共享则是供应链绩效的中介变量,需要引起制造业跨国企业的重视。该案例构建的研究模型还需要多案例研究以及实证研究的进一步检验和论证。
