白藜芦醇对大鼠慢性阻塞性肺疾病的干预作用及其机制

研究白藜芦醇对大鼠慢性阻塞性肺疾病的作用及可能的机制。单次气管注射博莱霉素(BLM)及连续27d烟熏建立大鼠COPD模型,检测动脉血气参数变化、肺功能指标,测定支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)含量,检测肺湿/干重(W/D)比值,观察组织病理学变化。实验发现,白藜芦醇能抑制大鼠COPD的PaO2的下降,升高FEV0.3/FVC的比值,降低BALF中ICAM-1的含量,降低肺W/D比值,减轻肺组织病理学损伤。结果提示,白藜芦醇对大鼠COPD具有干预作用,其作用机制可能与抑制炎症因子的释放有关。
