小麦花粉粒中精细胞的亚显微结构

摘要：

在小麦成熟的花粉粒中,从亚显微结构的水平上观察到具尾状结构的精细胞,它的一端是钝的头部,其中主要为长椭圆形的细胞核所占据,另一端是细胞质延伸的尾部,末端渐尖,约占细胞长度的三分之二。精细胞被质膜与营养细胞的细胞质膜分开,精子的细胞质中除具有一般的细胞器——线粒体、内质网、高尔基体、核糖体、小液泡和退化的质体外,而且具有微管和与细胞纵轴相平行的大量纤丝状的结构,线粒体集中在尾部的细胞质中,对小麦具尾的精细胞亚显微结构的特点和精子主动运动的关系进行了讨论。
