摘要:
肥胖形成与减肥过程均与肠道菌群密切相关,且相互影响。本文概述了肠道菌群研究现状、能量收获效率同肠道菌群组成与功能的相关性、肠道菌群调控宿主脂肪储存的主要途径、肥胖对宿主肠道微生态环境的影响等方面,综述肥胖与肠道菌群相关性的研究进展。针对当前研究现状,提出肠道菌群研究技术等方面的不足,以及发展趋势展望。
