摘要：

通过梳理国内外学者对产学合作中知识转移的研究,从产学合作机构的视角提炼出促成知识转移的因素,运用多元回归的方法进行实证分析,为寻找促成产学之间知识转移的措施提供依据,同时给出相关的政策建议。
