摘要：

<正>多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种妇科常见的内分泌疾病,在育龄妇女中发病率约为7%～9%[1]。在2003年《鹿特丹共识》中,PCOS的诊断标准为以下3条中符合2条及以上,同时排除其他高雄激素疾病:(1)高雄激素血症或临床上有高雄激素的表现。(2)月经稀发或闭经。(3)超声显示有卵巢多囊改变[2]。PCOS是引起无排卵性不孕的主要原因,它不仅影响患者生育功能,而且引起代谢失调,如出现腹型肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、血脂失调、高血压等代谢综合征的表现[3]。患有PCOS的孕妇,妊娠并发症和合并症的风险增加,如子痫前期、流产、妊娠期糖尿病和早产[4]。由于所有这些原因,PCOS仍然是医学挑战,其发病机制目前仍不十
