摘要：

本文从保险公司组织绩效评价的理论出发,阐述保险公司组织绩效评价的内涵及其意义,构建了分析保险公司组织绩效评价的理论框架。在此基础上,总结了评价指标与保险公司组织绩效的相互关系,并提出构建评价保险公司组织绩效的方法,目的在于为科学评价保险公司组织绩效提供有效的分析方法。
