咽鼓管功能综合检测的分型分级与应用

应用新型ETF综合检测仪对168例(227耳)中耳炎病人及15例(17耳)外伤性鼓膜穿孔者进行了检测。按照ET的OP,CP,R,D,以及PST和NST的各项指标初步进行分型分级。结果提示:外伤性鼓膜穿孔者的ET被动开放功能及主动开放功能均多为A型(88％及76％)和Ⅰ级(94％);中耳炎病人的ETF各型各级分布较为离散,其中O级7％、Ⅰ级35％、Ⅱ级24％、Ⅲ级12％、Ⅳ级22％。初步制定的分型分级标准能分别反映ET的被动及主动开放通气功能,其综合功能分级又比较接近传统的分级标准,有利于进一步探讨ETF与中耳疾患的关系,为临床诊断治疗提供参考依据。
