摘要：

<正>功能性消化不良（functional dyspepsia,FD）是一种非常普遍的胃肠道功能失衡,多种发病机制可能参与其中,但潜在的致病机制尚不清楚[1]。目前针对FD的治疗并不统一,不少医师采用经验性治疗。如何更深入了解FD发病的病理生理学异常,并进行有针对性的治疗,也是目前的研究热点。
