帕金森病患者冲动控制障碍及情绪障碍与多巴胺的关系

摘要：

目的探讨帕金森病(PD)患者冲动控制障碍及情绪障碍与多巴胺的关系。方法收集216例PD患者的临床资料,并采用多巴胺失调综合征量表进行评价。计算左旋多巴剂量、左旋多巴等效剂量和总的左旋多巴等效剂量,计数使用多巴胺受体激动剂的例数。分析冲动控制障碍及情绪障碍与多巴胺的关系。结果根据多巴胺失调综合征量表,8例(3.7%)PD患者具有冲动控制障碍,53例(24.5%)PD患者具有情绪障碍。冲动控制障碍组与非冲动控制障碍组年龄、性别、病程、左旋多巴剂量、左旋多巴等效剂量、总的左旋多巴等效剂量、H-Y分期及使用多巴胺受体激动剂的比例、震颤起病的比例差异均无统计学意义。情绪障碍组与非情绪障碍组间这些指标的差异亦无统计学意义。结论 PD患者冲动控制障碍及情绪障碍与左旋多巴剂量、左旋多巴等效剂量、总的左旋多巴等效剂量及使用多巴胺受体激动剂的比例无关。
