摘要：

创业绩效影响因素的研究是在理论上和实践中都非常有价值的研究课题。在文献回顾的基础上,文章通过案例研究发现了机会识别、契约精神、参考框架、发展阶段及环境特征等是影响创业绩效的五大变量,并在此基础上构建并初步验证了创业绩效影响因素关系模型,最后揭示了模型的背后是基于契约的创业绩效理论。由于篇幅所限,对模型进行的大样本检验会在后续跟进的文章中有所体现。
