<正>脑卒中的一级预防是指通过早期改变不健康的生活方式,积极主动地控制各种危险因素,从而达到使脑卒中不发生或推迟发病的目的。从流行病学角度看,只有一级预防才能降低疾病的人群发病率[1]。
