髋关节肌康复训练治疗膝骨关节炎机制的研究进展

摘要
膝骨关节炎是临床上常见的慢性骨关节退行性疾病。髋关节肌训练以其操作简便、无创等优势逐渐引起人们的重视。髋关节肌训练对膝关节内侧间室负荷、膝关节周围肌群肌力、膝关节周围肌群肌电信号等产生影响,强的髋关节外展肌还能降低关节软骨恶化的风险,从而导致膝关节受力改变,进一步缓解膝骨关节炎患者的临床症状。本文将从生物力学模拟以及肌电信号的角度对髋关节肌训练治疗膝骨关节炎的机制做一综述。
