摘要：

抗苗勒氏管激素(anti-Mllerian hormone,AMH),又称苗勒管抑制物质(Mllerian inhibitory substance,MIS),是转化生长因子β(transforming growth factorsβ,TGF-β)超家族成员之一,在卵巢生长卵泡的颗粒细胞中表达,调控卵泡生长和发育。具有抑制始基卵泡启动募集,降低窦前卵泡和小窦卵泡对FSH的反应,影响周期募集的作用。本文综述了AMH在生理性和卵巢功能异常疾病的卵泡形成中的可能作用。
