摘要
精神分裂症动物模型的建立,是当前探索精神分裂症的神经生物学和认知心理学机制以及开发新的抗精神药物的一个重要课题.围绕着根据“加工-保护”理论所建立起来的精神分裂症的感觉运动门控模型,对近10余年来在前脉冲抑制缺失的神经机制方面的动物研究做了系统的评述.同时介绍了当前引入动物前脉冲抑制缺失的3种实验性操作:(1)调节某些与精神分裂症相关的中枢神经介质的传递活动,(2)在与精神分裂症有关的皮质-纹状体-苍白区-脑桥环路中实行结构损伤或药物性干预,(3)在发育早期施加应激性刺激或实行社会隔离.提出了对感觉运动门控的动物模型进行深入研究的几项重要的课题.
