摘要
本文概述了真实型领导的内涵和构成维度,分析了真实型领导在领导理论研究中所处的地位,并运用角色榜样理论、社会学习理论、认知情感过程系统(CAPS)理论、反馈理论和自我验证理论深入解析了真实型领导与下属之间的互动机制,从一个动态和双向的视角揭示了真实型领导效能得以实现的机理。
