日间手术患者出院后的镇痛策略

摘要：

随着日间手术的广泛开展,有关日间手术后的疼痛管理研究日益增加。目前多数研究集中在手术过程中及术后麻醉恢复时的疼痛治疗上,且多以镇痛药物治疗为主,未能关注患者出院后疼痛情况以及其他镇痛方法的应用。基于此,本文就日间手术后疼痛的严重程度、镇痛方法、管理策略予以综述,并给出日间手术的疼痛治疗指南,希望能为日间手术后疼痛管理提供参考,缓解患者出院后疼痛,促进早日恢复。
