平台型灵活就业者收入差距及影响机制研究

借助劳务共享平台"微工网"的调查数据,运用分位数回归和Bootstrap技术,研究了新经济背景下平台型灵活就业劳动者收入差距及其影响因素。研究发现:平台型灵活就业劳动者收入的基尼系数为0. 336,略低于全国水平;影响其收入差距的因素是多元而复杂的,既有人力资本、物质资本、家庭经济状况和社会资本等内在约束,也有户籍制度、行业差异等外在影响。具体的,教育水平越高、对家庭经济满意度越低、家庭开支越多、属于企业管理人员者兼职收入更高;提升教育水平最有利于低收入平台型劳动者增加收入;互联网行业吸纳了大量女性、青年、流动人口就业,这是传统经济难以比拟和超越的优势。
