<正> 由天然产物中提取免疫调节剂及抗肿瘤药物一直是受人重视的研究领域。香菇(Lentinus edodes)又名“香菇”、“冬菇”,担子菌纲,伞菌科。我国自古有半人工栽培,为常用的健康食品。香菇多糖是从香菇的子实体中分离出来的多糖。通过其免疫促进作用,对多种动物肿瘤有抑制。临床资料也表明辅助化学治疗可在一定程度上提高癌症患者的远期疗效。最近,该药已在日本
