对近几年药物肠吸收与处置方面的研究进展进行了综述。包括:特定部位吸收、代谢的认识和利用,与药物首过效应有关的肠壁外泌及代谢作用的介绍,促进药物肠道吸收的方法及常用研究模型的比较。
