免疫系统调节破骨细胞功能研究进展

摘要
调节破骨细胞(OC)分化和功能的细胞因子及相关信号途径,在免疫系统中起重要作用,免疫系统影响OC的分化和功能。淋巴细胞是调节OC功能的主要免疫细胞,既有促进骨溶解作用,又有抑制骨溶解作用。由于细胞微环境不同,淋巴细胞可分泌不同的细胞因子,这些因子通过影响OC的数量、寿命和骨吸收活性,对OC的功能产生促进或者抑制作用。该文就免疫系统对OC功能的调节研究进展作一综述。
