摘要：

脑钠肽(BNP)除了对左心功能不全具有明确诊断作用外,目前还证明BNP对右心功能不全及肺动脉高压等具有诊断作用,表明BNP不仅在心血管系统中具有广泛的应用价值,而且在呼吸系统中也值得大力推广,用以早期发现肺心病、肺动脉高压等疾病。现就BNP的生物学性质以及在心血管系统、呼吸系统的临床应用及相关研究予以综述。
