摘要：

随着第三代头孢菌素的广泛应用,临床上出现了超广谱β-内酰胺酶(Extended-spectrum β-lactamases,ESBLs)。该酶主要由肠杆菌产生,能水解青霉素类、头孢菌素类和单环类抗生素;主要来源于TEM-及SHV-型广谱酶。本文就ESBLs的分类及来源、流行病学、检测和防治措施等方面进行综述。
