通过文献调查的方法,收集了1995-2005年国外关于信息资源管理的期刊论文、图书和研究报告等文献资料,对筛选出的273篇信息资源管理相关文献进行聚类和分析,综述了1995-2005年国外信息资源管理研究的进展情况。
