卒中后疲劳相关影响因素研究

摘要：

目的:分析卒中后疲劳(PoSF)相关影响因素。方法:选择我院神经内科及康复科脑卒中106例,根据疲劳严重度量表(FSS)评分将患者分为PoSF组69例和非PoSF组37例。采用数字评分法(NRS)评估患者疼痛程度,匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评估患者睡眠质量,Hamilton焦虑量表(HRSA)评估患者焦虑程度,蒙哥马利抑郁评定量表(MADRS)评估患者抑郁程度,简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表评估患者肢体运动功能,功能独立性评定量表(FIM)评估患者日常生活能力,脑卒中专门化生存质量量表(SS-QOL)评估患者生存质量。分析上述因素与PoSF的相关性。结果:PoSF组疼痛程度、睡眠质量、抑郁程度及生活质量分值均非常显著高于非PoSF组(P<0.01);两组焦虑、肢体运动功能及日常生活能力分值差异不显著(P>0.05)。多元回归分析结果显示,卒中患者疲劳严重程度与疼痛程度、睡眠质量及抑郁程度呈非常显著正相关(P<0.01),与下肢运动功能、生活质量呈非常显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论:疼痛程度、睡眠质量、抑郁程度、下肢运动功能及生活质量是PoSF的影响因素。
