等速肌力训练对膝骨关节炎患者膝关节本体感觉的改善作用观察

摘要
目的观察等速肌力训练对膝骨关节炎患者膝关节本体感觉的改善作用。方法将60例膝骨关节炎患者采用随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组行针灸及针刀治疗联合口服温阳通络胶囊治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上联合等速肌力训练治疗。分别于治疗前和治疗6周后对两组患者进行膝关节屈伸肌群肌力测试,以峰力矩(PT)表示;进行膝关节本体感觉测试,包括膝关节位置觉、运动觉测试,评价指标分别为主动角度重现测量值(AAR)、被动运动阈值测量值(TDPM)。结果观察组治疗6周后膝关节伸肌和屈肌PT较治疗前提高,且高于对照组治疗后(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗6周后膝关节AAR、TDPM低于治疗前,且低于对照组治疗后(P均<0.01)。结论等速肌力训练可改善膝骨关节炎患者的膝关节本体感觉。
