辐射花粉技术在葫芦科诱导单倍体上的应用

摘要
由于传统的花药和花粉小孢子培养难以在葫芦科中获得单倍体,因此采用辐射花粉结合离体挽救诱导雌核发育单倍体是一种值得借鉴的有效方法。鉴于目前国内这方面的报道极少,本文就该技术的方法和影响因素加以概述。
