摘要：

国际分工组织形式已从传统的全球价值链领域,深化发展到单个研发价值增值环节内部即全球创新价值链领域。本文在对全球创新价值链内涵及其嵌入特征界定的基础上,借鉴国外及台湾全球创新价值链嵌入经验,结合我国经济进入新常态的特殊背景,明确我国全球创新价值链嵌入的思路和路径,提出适合我国不同发展阶段及不同区域发展程度的全球创新价值链嵌入模式,为政府和企业制定相关规划和决策提供参考。
