摘要
还原型烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸氧化酶(NOX)是一种多蛋白质亚基组成的复合物,它存在于吞噬型细胞及非吞噬型细胞中,现在已经证实与肝纤维化的形成密切相关。NOX通过产生活性氧簇(ROS)介导了多种细胞内的信号转导,如通过激活细胞外信号调节激酶(ERK)以及活化蛋白-1(AP-1)和核因子(NF)κ-B等转录因子,参与了肝星状细胞(HSC)的活化及增殖,在调节HSC激活和肝纤维化中起着关键的作用。
