城镇化、房价与城乡收入差距——基于2005-2015年省级面板数据的经验研究

摘要
通过建立基于2005-2015年省级面板数据的PVAR模型,将城镇化水平、房价与城乡收入差距同时纳入一个互动分析框架中,研究了三者之间的动态影响,并进行了稳健性检验和对策分析。从PVAR模型反映的规律中可见,城镇化、房价、城乡收入差距之间确实能够形成完整、连贯的互动结构。一方面,城镇化水平对房价存在正向影响,而房价对城乡收入差距的影响方向亦为正;同时,城镇化发展进程直接会使城乡收入差距缩小。另一方面,城乡收入差距反过来亦能给房价带来负向影响,而房价又能进一步对城镇化水平造成正向的影响;此外,城乡收入差距也会直接给城镇化水平带来负向影响。
