复发性肘管综合征16例分析

摘要：

目的探讨复发性肘管综合征的原因、手术方式。方法对1997年1月～2004年1月经手术治疗的16例复发性肘管综合征患者进行随访、分析。结果总优良率为62.5%。结论严格按照微创外科的操作原则进行神经探查和松解可以减少肘管综合征的复发,对于复发的肘管综合征采用皮下法前置尺神经是可行的手术方式。
