摘要：

从"金融生态"这一概念出发,提出并分析构建金融生态系统来加强金融监管的必要性。基于生态环境治理维度的构念,本文认为,金融监管应以监督主体制造客体、引导客体流通于主体之间为主线,辅之以过滤主客体对金融环境作用、控制环境对主客体的"反馈调节"来操作。
