摘要：

基于图书馆相关管理理论,运用资源和能力理论作为分析工具,将图书馆业务外包驱动因素分为资源类型和资源层级两个维度,由此划分出四种需求类型,分别是组合型被操作性资源、组合型操作性资源、互连型被操作性资源以及互连型操作性资源。根据不同资源利益诉求,将图书馆业务外包组织方式分为四种类型,分别是分散式业务外包、系统式业务外包、内包服务以及获益型业务外包。在上述分类基础上,文章采用交易成本理论分析了不同业务外包模式下的治理机制。
