脑小血管病影像学标志物总负荷评估及其应用

摘要
脑小血管病影像学表现包括白质病变、血管周围间隙扩大、腔隙性梗死和脑微出血等,这些影像学标志物常同时出现。近年来,提出了"总小血管病评分",即将脑小血管病不同的磁共振成像标志物组合成一个测量指标,其目的在于通过影像学标志物总负荷评估更加准确地捕捉来自脑小血管病的全部脑损伤。现就脑小血管病影像学总小血管病评分的研究进展及其应用进行综述。
