摘要
最低工资制度对劳动力市场产生的影响一直是劳动经济学领域的热门话题。传统观点认为最低工资水平的提高会对就业产生负面效应,且这种观点被长期普遍接受,而近期一些新的研究结论对此观点产生了较大的冲击。同样,学者们对于最低工资水平的提高是否增加劳动者收入,从而消除贫困的看法也不太一致。除了就业和收入效应之外,学者们还将培训作为一个重要因素进行研究,最低工资水平的提高对劳动者获得在职培训的机会产生了复杂的影响。本文对最低工资水平的确定以及其对就业、收入、培训方面产生的影响进行了研究综述。
