预防呼吸机相关性肺炎的护理进展

摘要：

结合美国疾病预防控制中心(CDC)的预防医院感染指南制订的护理措施包括病情允许的病人采取半卧位、声门下持续吸引、及时更换被污染的呼吸机管道、接触病人前后洗手等,从呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的高危因素及预防VAP的一般护理及与机械通气机关的护理措施方面阐述了近年来预防VAP的护理研究进展。
