结肠给药系统的设计及体内评价

摘要
结肠给药系统是近年来发展起来的一种新的给药方法。目前所研制的结肠给药系统按照释药原理可大致分为四类,即酶控制给药系统,pH控制给药系统,时间控制给药系统和压力控制释药系统。本文对目前文献所报道的结肠给药系统的制备方法进行了综述,并对药物制剂的体内评价方法──药物闪烁扫描法的特点和应用作了介绍。
