脑出血后血肿周边继发性损伤的研究

摘要
脑出血是威胁人类健康及生活质量的常见疾病,其病死率和致残率较高。脑出血后血肿周边组织损伤机制十分复杂,是近年来的研究热点。研究发现,血肿周围继发性缺血,凝血酶的释放,血红蛋白分解,炎性细胞浸润及多种细胞因子的表达等均可能是脑出血后继发性损伤的触发因素。另外年龄和细胞凋亡也可能导致继发性脑损伤加重。探讨脑出血后血肿周边继发性损伤机制,可为出血性脑卒中寻找新的治疗策略。
