摘要：

<正>脑卒中(stroke)是指脑血管疾病,临床上表现为一次性或永久性脑功能障碍的症状和体征。脑卒中是目前引起成人残疾的最主要原因,在存活者中,90%有不同的功能缺失,70%—80%患者不能独立生活,其中30%患者长期存在疼痛[1]。疼痛作为一种令人不快的感觉和情绪上的主观感受,在脑卒中患者的康复过程中严重影响其整体功能恢复及生存质量。1脑卒中后中枢性疼痛的概述脑卒中后中枢性疼痛(central post-stroke pain,CPSP)
