膈肌起搏技术在颈髓损伤患者呼吸功能重建方面的应用综述

摘要
脊髓损伤的发生率日益增高,其中一半以上都是颈髓损伤。高位颈髓损伤的主要死亡原因是呼吸功能衰竭。部分存活的颈髓损伤患者,需要依靠呼吸机维持生命。鉴于呼吸机的种种弊端,许多学者研究用膈肌起搏技术来代替呼吸机,重建颈髓损伤患者的呼吸功能。本文就膈肌起搏技术在颈髓损伤患者呼吸功能重建方面的应用进行综述。
