丁酸钠诱导结肠癌细胞凋亡的实验研究

摘要
目的 :观察丁酸钠对体外培养的HT - 2 9细胞的促凋亡作用。方法 :采用流式细胞仪、DNA电泳及透射电镜观察经丁酸钠作用的漂浮细胞是否发生了凋亡。结果 :丁酸钠可诱导HT - 2 9细胞凋亡 ,且具有时间和剂量依赖关系 ,经 1mmol/L、 3mmol/L、 5mmol/L丁酸钠作用 4 8小时 ,HT - 2 9细胞凋亡率分别为 5 7%、 7 8%、12 1% ,对照细胞仅为 2 8% ,差异显著 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :丁酸钠可诱导HT - 2 9细胞凋亡。这可能是丁酸钠对结肠肿瘤有预防作用的机制之一
