国外基于视频的教师学习研究新进展与启示

摘要
近年来,国外基于视频的教师学习研究取得了重要的进展,具体体现在相互紧密联系的四个方面:在学习目标方面,聚焦教师认知变化与课堂实践的改进;在学习环境与工具方面,构建超媒体学习环境,开发视频协作分析工具;在学习活动方面,基于理论与技术开发多样性的学习活动;在学习评价方面,利用视频分析来评价教师的知识与技能。国外研究对我们的启示是:将视频分析作为联系教学理论与教学实践的桥梁,通过学习理论与视频技术的系统性深度融合实现创新,开展基于视频的教师学习本土化创新研究。
