摘要：

The role of relation net of Chinese businessmen has more and more been paid attention in the foreign trade and foreign direct investment. In the paper, the important literature of the relation net will firstly be briefly reviewed, the background and its development of the relation net will be introduced, the role and special operational mechanism of which in international trade and investment will be discussed. Finally, the paper will propose how to use the net during the foreign trade and direct investment of our country.
