<正>随着微创外科的发展,应用介入微创技术治疗颈椎间盘突出症已被广泛接受。20世纪90年代以来,随着高能射频技术和激光技术的发展,国外一些学者将其引入脊柱疾病治疗领域,经皮低温等离子射频消融髓核成形术(percutaneous cervical disc nucleoplasty,PCDN)被用于治疗颈椎间盘突出症。
