反恐情指一体机制建设中的大数据应用

摘要：

大数据技术为反恐情报搜集带来新的技术革新的同时,也为情指一体机制建设提供了可能。然,当前对大数据探讨的"时髦"并不代表我们对该技术认识的深入。理性认识大数据技术,应当树立数据导侦、实时开放和相关关系的理念,挖掘该技术在监测暴恐风险、追踪恐怖分子(组织)、支持指挥决策以及预测暴恐活动的应用价值和途径,同时要规避其应用可能出现的问题。
