摘要：

本文介绍了世界银行碳基金成立的背景,对世界银行已经进入运作的碳基金进行了结构、投资项目和投资区域的分析。同时对世界银行为了应对京都议定书到期而成立的新基金进行了详细的分析,并提出了我国碳基金发展的建议。
