右苯丙胺在神经可塑性研究中的进展

摘要
脑损伤后受损神经功能的恢复主要依赖于残存脑组织的可塑性变化。已有相关动物及临床试验显示:右苯丙胺(D-AMPH)可影响脑内多种神经递质的释放、突触蛋白质的合成,并通过激活受体和改变受体的表达,引起脑组织在功能和结构两方面的重建,从而促进神经可塑性的发生。
