杜仲有效成分在帕金森病治疗中的药理作用研究进展

帕金森病(Parkinson’s Disease, PD)是中老年人常见的神经系统变性疾病,其发病可受年龄、遗传和环境等因素影响,其主要病理机制为大脑黑质致密部多巴胺能神经元的病变缺失。保护多巴胺能神经元是行之有效的方法之一,脑内炎症反应、氧化应激等均可导致神经细胞的损伤。杜仲是常用补益中药,具有明确的神经保护作用,临床常用于PD的治疗,对近年杜仲及其有效成分在PD治疗中的药理作用研究进展做一综述,以期为杜仲在防治PD方面的开发应用提供一定线索。
